Villa El Portet Beach is a wonderful, authentic Spanish villa, suitable for 2-10 people. The villa is close to the most beautiful beach in Moraira: El Portet. The sea, restaurants, bars and supermarket are all within walking distance. The beach is just 150 m. walking! The villa has its own port and parkingspace for 4 cars on site. Built on 2 levels with a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna with separate shower, various terraces and a lovely HEATED swimming pool with outdoor shower. This villa guarantees a wonderful holiday!

Feel right at home

The naja (covered terrace) has a spacious 10-person dining table. The comfortable kitchen is adjacent to this naja and is located on the front of the villa. Here you can enjoy a wine&dine during warm summer evenings. The view is on the own palm trees, citrus trees, Bougainvilleas and other botanical plants. The villa is located on a dead end road (for cars) with at the end a staircase to the beach.

Relax on the lounge set

From the lounge set on the upper terrace Villa El Portet Beach has a beautiful view of the sea, with in the distance the world famous Ifach rock. It has the perfect location in relation to the sun and the wind. Moraira, Javea, Calpe, Altea, Guadalest, the nicest villages are just a few steps away! We expect that your to stay in our beautiful Spanish villa with large naja, outdoor kitchen and private pool will please you very well!

Why guest love our villa

Yvonne and Pleun are the best hosts we ever had! The house itself is perfectly located with a wonderful view on the Ifach mountain and the sea. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach of El Portet with it’s nice beach bars and tapas and sunset. The city of Moraira is only a 12 minutes walk away with all it’s nice restaurants and shops. Villa El Portet is equipped with everything and more you need for a perfect stay. We thank you for a perfect holiday and will return.
We had a fantastic week! We were ten people, two grandparents, with children, children-in-law and four grandchildren! The house and facilities met our expectations! Short distance to the lovely beach with a beach bar with delicious food! Nice to walk in the neighbourhood, especially up to the tower! Short distance to Moraira, a charming town!

Your villa is a wonderful place to celebrate vacation! Everywhere really nice places to sit, especially on the covered naja. The outdoor kitchen was also totally awesome. The grandchildren spent most time in the pool. Also there it was gorgeous. Nice restaurants and beaches were within walking distance. And exploring Moraira with the kayak, was a new way for us!
