Villa El Portet Beach is a luxury 10-person villa located in the exclusive residential area El Portet. Just 1 km away from the lovely town of Moraira. Quiet location, yet just a few steps from fine restaurants, supermarket and the most beautiful beach in the area: El Portet. The beach is only 150 mtrs walking distance! Villa El Portet has a beautiful seaview from the lounge terrace, you can even see the famous I-fach rock at Calpe. Furthermore it has the perfect location in relation to the sun and the wind.
Also the Mediterranean garden and the various terraces are a picture.

Via the open, spacious kitchen you enter the living room. Through 2 large sliding doors are living and naja (covered terrace) seamlessly connected. The entire house is very tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. You will feel right at home.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with gas stove, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and 2 coffee machines of which 1 Nespresso machine.

On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. Here you can also find the stairs to the basement (indoors) and a door that opens onto the terrace near the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen with fixed BBQ.

In the basement there are 2 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and both with private bathroom. These rooms also have a terrace where you can relax. In the basement you also find the sauna with a separate walk in shower

The villa has lots of privacy. The road in front of the house is a dead end, only at the end there is a stairway to the sea. In an easy chair or on the lounger at the pool surrounded by beautiful botanic plants and it is easy enjoying this beautiful Spanish villa. Around the villa you will find also fine places such as under the palm trees in the garden or on the covered naja. You will perfectly relax and enjoy the peace and nature.

Villa El Portet Beach is a beautiful spacious Spanish house, which has been tastefully decorated. Also for children there are in and around the villa many places for playing, swimming and relaxing. It is located within walking distance from the El Portet beach (2 minutes!)  with a lot of diverse restaurants and bars. In short an ideal holiday stay!

Villa El Portet Beach is also very close to the Valencia and Alicante airports. Valencia on ca. 110 km away and Alicante only 90 km away.

Living room and kitchen – Ground floor
Spacious, bright living room with airconditioning, a Spanish marble floor, open kitchen (equipped with all comforts including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, (Nespresso) coffee machines), with seating area and dining area. However, most of the time you will want to stay on the adjacent naja (covered terrace) or at the pool with outdoor kitchen! You can reach the naja via the large sliding doors.

Bedroom 1 – Ground floor
A spacious room with windows with mosquito screens, a ceiling fan and airconditioning. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 2 – Ground floor
Beautiful spacious bedroom on the ground floor, with built-in wardrobe, insect screens in the windows, a ceiling fan and airconditioning. Opposite the bedroom there is a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 3 – Ground floor
Smaller, but cosy bedroom with built-in wardrobe, near the door leading to the swimmingpool. Also has a ceiling fan and airconditioning. From the bed you have a nice view of the pool

Bedroom 4 – Basement
Spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan and airconditioning. In this bedroom there is a door to the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Here the beds can be separated to create  2 single beds (90 x200 cm).

Bedroom 5 – Basement
Spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan and airconditioning. This bedroom has its own bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin. Next to this bathroom there is the walk in shower and sauna. So no need to take a shower in the bathtub.

Swimmingpool
Private swimming pool. Nice place to play with a ball or be lazy on an air mattress.
Dimensions in m: 7 x 3.5 (L x W) with easy walk in steps.
